BreathMAX is a wellness product, not medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting a new breathing practice, especially if you are pregnant, have uncontrolled cardiac or respiratory disease, or take medications affecting blood pressure. Never practice intensive breathwork (Wim Hof style, freediver tables) in or near water, while driving, or in any situation where lightheadedness could cause harm.
You agree not to misuse the service: no automated scraping at excessive rates, no attempt to reverse-engineer payment flows, no posting of unlawful content to community forums we operate.
Free content remains free. Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google in accordance with their store policies. Cancellations and refunds follow each store's rules and are outside our direct control.
Content such as breathing exercise descriptions, pattern codes, articles and sound files are provided for personal practice. Redistribution in bulk for commercial purposes requires written permission.
